I like the second panel, the brunette doesn't even seem to hesitate handing over the gun.
Once, after my roomate got his new mega-stereo his downstairs neighbors were - yet again - playing their music too loud. So he laid his speakers face down on the floor and blasted them with Beethoven's Fifth ... never had problems for them again.
By the way, isn't it only negligence if they miss? If they hit it's called community service.
