Blockland is a cesspit now. I remember playing this game all the way back in the early 2010s all the way up to the keyleak and the games sudden death of community. Once in a while there is an actual server up with people in it, but there's always <45 people in blockland, no greater, always less.
If there isn't an actual game server, it's fucking feet servers. That's genuinely disgusting and is refused to really be fixed, after an entire year of being there. There's a lot that needs to be fixed in terms of the game, and the serverbase, but nothing is to be done.
As an early teen, Blockland impacted my life greatly. The community it had, the memories I made, the things I built, and the servers I hosted, everything. It haped a lot of what I am today in terms of game development and 3D modeling/sculpting.
