This is the finished radio receiver and control board for my beetle weight combat robot. The radio module in the center is wrapped in aluminum tape to shield against radio interference on the chips themselves. I haven't had any problems with it so far, but some posts on the internet recommended this and I figured it couldn't hurt.

I also removed the antenna jack and attached the antenna directly to the board to reduce the board footprint, so it's a little gnarly looking at the end.
